Vendare Group Acquires New.net
The Vendare Group, a privately-held online media and marketing concern, today announced that it has acquired California-based New.net, a developer of Internet search services, products and domain-registry solutions.
Together, the merged companies will offer end-to-end services structured within four divisions - syndicated media, e-mail marketing, web publishing and, now, search.

New.net President and CEO Daniel P. Sheehy, who will head that subsidiary in the merged company, commented: "While New.net has been successful in building a dynamic search-sector business extending beyond our company's original roots as a market-based domain name registry, we are excited about the opportunity that comes with being part of a bigger organization. We look forward to the next chapter in our evolution as part of Vendare Group."
